Shipping and returns for wholesale lots.
RSG coordinates movement around the accepted commercial record: lot description, packing requirements, documentation, route, and receiving instructions.
Shipping scope
Shipping terms are confirmed in the quote, purchase order, invoice, or written acceptance for each wholesale engagement. Route, carrier, pickup, delivery, consolidation, customs paperwork, and insurance needs are handled according to the agreed commercial terms.
Digital electronics lots can vary in packing sensitivity. Buyers should state receiving-market requirements, preferred Incoterms, carton limits, and document requirements before approval.
Packing and records
RSG aims to keep packing notes, carton descriptions, label photographs, and shipping references connected to the accepted lot description. When a shipment requires special handling, the requirement must be recorded before dispatch.
Risk transfers according to the agreed commercial terms. The buyer is responsible for import duties, local taxes, customs clearance, and receiving arrangements unless the written agreement says otherwise.
Returns review
Returns are reviewed against the accepted lot description, condition terms, photographs, shipment record, and invoice. A return request should include photographs of the received goods, carton condition, labels, and a clear description of the issue.
Wholesale lots are reviewed case by case. Where a lot materially differs from the accepted description, RSG works with the buyer and supplier record to determine the appropriate resolution.
Exceptions
Returns may be declined when goods have been altered, separated from their original shipment record, repacked without documentation, handled outside agreed receiving procedures, or reported after the review window stated in the written terms.
